FULL BUILD CONSULTATION
You receive the custom concierge service. Once ordered we will contact you to discuss every aspect of your build. We will review the configuration, choose shaft weight and flex, custom ferrules, grip choice and build specs. Once your components arrive your build will be expedited to the front of the queue.
PROFESSIONALLY BUILT
We build to the highest standards using the best epoxy in the golf industry. Every shaft is built with precision, each shaft tip sanded by hand, and measured and cut exactly to your spec.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR CLUBS
Do not leave your clubs in a hot car for an extended period of time. Heat will make the epoxy more brittle, which could have an impact on the playability. Heat can also impact the quality of grips.
Cleaning your grips regularly can improve the the quality of your golf. Regular cleaning can lead to more consistent grip pressure which can help with consistency of ball striking. Cleaning your grips simply requires hot water and soap.
Try and ensure your grooves are clean by using a groove brush, and make sure to keep your clubs dry with a towel. Be extra sure to dry the club after fishing your ball out of the water.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of your custom requirements, all sales are final and we do not accept shaft returns. We will of course assist with anything that falls under manufacturer warranty.
